Cookie Skillet ⬇️ Ingredients ⬇️‼️ • 2 pasture-raised eggs • 1/3 cup raw honey • 1/2 cup melted grass-fed butter • 1/3 cup coconut flour (slightly more for structure & fullness) • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of sea salt • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks (85%+, uneven cuts look best) ⸻ Optional: • Sprinkle a few chocolate chunks on top after spreading the dough • Add a few flakes of sea salt on top before or after baking ⸻ Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, melted butter, and vanilla 3. Stir in coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt 4. Let the batter sit for 2–3 mins so the coconut flour can thicken it 5. Fold in chocolate chunks 6. Press evenly into your greased 8-inch skillet 7. Bake for 17–19 minutes — look for golden edges, soft middle 8. Let cool for a few minutes, then top with vanilla ice cream (recipe on page) right in the center 9. Enjoy!
