Preheat and Prepare     •    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).     •    Line a large baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper (do NOT skip this — the crust will stick without it). 2. Make the Crust Batter     •    Add eggs, cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt (and optional almond flour/parmesan) into a blender or food processor.     •    Blend until smooth — it should look like a thick batter. 3. Bake the Crust (First Bake)     •    Pour batter onto parchment-lined sheet.     •    Spread evenly into a large circle or rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.     •    Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until:     •    Edges are golden     •    Center is set and lightly firm to touch (not jiggly)     •    Let crust cool 5–10 minutes to firm up further before topping. 4. While Crust Bakes, Cook Your Meats     •    In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian herbs.     •    In a separate pan or same skillet, crisp up pancetta.     •    Set meats aside. 5. Top the Crust     •    Once crust has cooled slightly, add in order:     1.    Spread the pizza sauce evenly over crust.     2.    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.     3.    Evenly distribute cooked ground beef and pancetta.     4.    Add any optional toppings (herbs, red pepper, etc.). 6. Final Bake     •    Increase oven temp to 400°F (205°C).     •    Bake topped pizza for 10–12 minutes, or until:     •    Cheese is fully melted and starting to bubble     •    Meat edges begin to crisp 7. Optional Broil (for crisp top)     •    Broil on high for 1–2 minutes max — watch carefully. 8. Let It Rest     •    Remove from oven, let it sit for 5 minutes to firm up the crust and toppings.     •    Slice and serve.
