Shaun and Kat talk about their experience with a 40-day juice fast, where they consumed around 3,000 calories per day from specific juices. Despite not eating solid food, they had more energy than ever before, without needing caffeine or other stimulants. The journey was very spiritual and eye-opening, and they even tattooed each other to commemorate the experience.
