this morning, then headed over to the farmers market for some good food. Such a simple morning, but man, I feel good. Getting up and moving with people, talking along the way, then taking our time walking around afterward gave me so much more than a workout. It gave me something to look forward to, a chance to connect, and a reason to slow down instead of rushing into the weekend. If your weeks have been feeling like the same routine over and over, try making one plan that gets you outside with people. It doesn’t have to be a big event. A run, a walk, breakfast afterward—those little mornings can stick with you. 🤍
