Train hard with weights three days out of every four, and spend long stretches moving outdoors. Eat simply: fruit, meat, eggs, butter, and olive oil. Practice semen retention, get nine hours of sleep plus a daily nap, and chase wealth and romantic conquest without letting up. Above all, live your life as a work of art that expresses your ideals.
