If I’m winning, so are my friends. I want the people around me to know I’m rooting for them too. If I hear about an opportunity that fits one of them, I’m sending it their way. If they accomplish something, I’m celebrating like it happened to me. They make progress, I’m right there to tell them I’m proud. Life is so much better when we help each other grow. 🤍
