My brother just got his first deer this weekend with a bow. So yesterday, we made deer heart tacos. And let me tell you they were amazing. The heart was incredibly tender and also not gamey like I excepted it to be. Knowing how fresh the meet was, I’m thankful to be able to eat this way and thankful for the animal for providing to us.
