Healthy Halloween Treats
We should give these to kids for Halloween instead… Store-bought Reese cups are one of the most popular Halloween candies. They contain harmful additives like TBHQ (a synthetic antioxidant for shelf stability) & PGPR (an industrial emulsifier) along with 20 grams of refined sugar 💀 Why eat candy like that when you make a homemade Reese cup that’s actually tastes good and doesn’t have any harmful additives? Here’s how you can make it 👇 🍫 Homemade Peanut Butter Cup Ingredients: * ¾ cup natural peanut butter * ⅔ cup almond flour * ¼ cup pure maple syrup * ½ cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate * 1 tsp coconut oil Instructions: 1. Mix peanut butter, almond flour, and maple syrup until a dough forms. Add more almond flour if needed. 2. Flatten dough on parchment paper and freeze for 5–10 minutes. 3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat. 4. Cut dough into desired shapes and dip into melted chocolate. 5. Place on parchment paper and freeze for 15–20 minutes until set!
