Go outside! The average American spends roughly 90% of their time indoors, yet we live in a world surrounded by God’s beautiful creation. 🌎☀️ We’ve become so disconnected from the very environment we were created to live in. Sunlight on our skin, fresh air in our lungs, the sound of the ocean, the feeling of grass beneath our feet… These are simple gifts we often take for granted. Spending time outdoors can improve our mood, support our circadian rhythm, reduce stress, and remind us just how incredible God’s creation really is. Sometimes one of the best things we can do for our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being is simply step outside. God created a beautiful world.
